The group of parents we had bonded on the sidelines...and went to dinners as a group. There was one time when the girls were in early high school a couple of the boys teams were at the same hotel. The parents opted for the outback across the street...rather than a nicer place across town...we took turns at chaperone. smile. There were games when we both showed up with a significant other in tow. Most of the time it worked out just fine....but I know the other parents were watching out of the corner of their eye....
