Ah, Spring! Sunny skies, warmer weather, women showing a hint of bare shoulder, kids smelling like sunscreen again.
Come spring, my teen daughter trades her soccer cleats for spikes as a sprinter on her high school track team.

Our overnight tourneys were never at cool places like Sonoma. We went to Novato and Roseville. State cup was in freezing fog. We had propane heaters on the sidelines.
No winery. Just the bar at Outback.

Ew… sunscreen! I never got my kids smelling like that. Would make me sneeze too much! Especially in that heat. They just had to develop thick skin. :)
