priceless. i love it when accents get in the way of understanding. We had a family friend who was very religious and she was from Arkansas. She said to our other friend, “when you pray, you get a whale”. So my friend went home and told her mom that if she prayed, she would get a whale. When in reality, the woman was saying, “when you pray, you get well”.

5 days of sharing holiday stories – not sure how that is showing off since they were trips done while married too!

We had pretty awesome get aways as a couple!

But the best trip away was last year with my kids on a tiny budget but we went away :)

Its not about where you go its about the memories you make once there!

So maybe I cant afford Fiji but what I can afford I make the most of!

It sounds like an amazing place to visit. I, my husband and our three boys are ready to travel to an exotic land but unfortunately, not this year.

Our usual trip to Nantucket, MA was not booked this summer for the first time in….forever. Oh well, Aspen has a lot to offer and we will make do without the beach this year.

Ever think of writing travel docs? or is this your new side gig?
