Espresso Coffee Martini Recipe
I recently discovered the espresso coffee martini. Wow, what a drink!
Forget about your double half-caff caramel mochaccino latte. This coffee martini cocktail is perfect for a working single dad like me.
The espresso coffee martini has alcohol to take the edge off, and caffeine in the coffee to give me a boost. I drink one of these espresso coffee martinis while making dinner, and invariably I have a good evening. Go figure!
Here’s how to make this cocktail.
Espresso Coffee Martini
1 1/2 oz. vodka
1 1/2 oz. coffee liqueur (like Kahlua)
A splash of cold espresso
Measure all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Shake. Pour into a chilled martini glass.
Or make it by the pot, and chug! (Kidding!!)

Oh Dad’s, you should hit St James Gate in Belmont, and ask the female bartender to do up her version of this drink. It’s nearly the same, but ever so much more flavorful, recipe below:
Espresso Martini
SKYY Vanilla Vodka, Starbucks Cream Liqueur, Freshly brewed Espresso, Served Chilled and Up.
