I’ve been a single parent for ten years now, and I take great pride in taking an active role in both my kids’ lives. On trash pickup days, we put our recyclable materials in curbside bins: glass bottles, plastic bottles, tin and aluminum cans. The garbage company hauls them all away for recycling.
